Privacy Pod

You may have noticed our new Privacy Pod on the main floor of the Norman Williams Public Library. We are excited by the wonderful opportunities this offers to all who need a quiet spot for a video call or other small conference space.

In a highly competitive process, NWPL was awarded the 2026 Sustainable and Resilient New England Libraries Grant from the Association for Rural and Small Libraries through the generosity of the Manton Foundation to fund this project.

The Association for Rural & Small Libraries (ARSL) builds strong communities through professional development and elevating the impact of rural and small libraries. ARSL recognizes the uniqueness of small and rural libraries and is committed to providing an environment that encourages excellence within this community of practice, supporting their goals of service and speaking on behalf of this important constituency.
