Your comments were full of appreciation: “NWPL is a jewel.” “The staff are exceptional.” “This is the best library I’ve ever used.” Nearly 95% of respondents feel very welcome, very safe, and very respected at the library. That means the world to us.

You shared wonderful ideas for how NWPL can grow and what our most pressing needs are.
