“Let All the Nations Sing!” | A Wrensong Holiday Concert

Saturday, December 12
3:00PM
- 4:00PM
9 singers at NWPL with open red song books

Wrensong presents a festive concert of a cappella choral music celebrating Christmas and the winter season.

This year, they are bringing you songs from around the world, including rarely heard Renaissance works from Italian composer Pomponio Nenna and Guatemalan composer Tomás Pascual, contemporary pieces from Kenya and Nigeria, and cherished American classics. The program also includes glorious songs from Sweden, France, Spain, and Peru, all sung in their original languages.

Wrensong is an a cappella choral group from Vermont’s Upper Valley that focuses on the vocal treasures of the Renaissance. Their repertoire ranges from the secular to the religious, and concerts often include narration aimed at giving audiences a context for listening with understanding.

A display of vintage children's booksJoin us for this uplifting concert of holiday music as we welcome the season in international style. Free and open to the public. Seating is limited; first-come, first-seated.
