Italian Film Series

Local Italian language instructor Veronica DeLay is screening a series of Italian films for her students at NWPL and invites everyone to join! They will have English subtitles for those not fluent in Italian.

Tentative schedule – dependent on availability:

• September 19   Io non ho paura  (I Am Not Scared)
• October 17        Mediterraneo 
• November 21    La vita è bella (Life is Beautiful) – the original choice, È stata la mano di Dio (The Hand of God) is not available
• December 19    I vitelloni (The Layabouts)
• January 16        POSTPONED due to weather… so the films are moved up a month
• February 20     La leggenda del pianista sull’oceano (The Legend of 1900)
• March 19         Io speriamo che me la cavo (Ciao, Professor)
