The Norman Williams Public Library is looking for a tech savvy enthusiastic library lover to help us launch a Young Readers Digital Review Series and other digital projects.
We envision a volunteer using our IPAD to work with our young patrons to record “1 Minute Reviews” of their favorite reads so that our other younger patrons can view these and get some suggestions for their own reading. Guiding our young patrons to create “how to” videos such as how to download an e-book would be useful to post to our website as well.
Other projects might include capturing stories about the Library and its history from our older patrons and even some impressions about NWPL from some of our many visitors.
A willingness of spirit and ability to “record” on an iPhone or iPad is all that is needed. Affection for books, reading and the Norman Williams Library — a plus!
