The acoustics on the Mezzanine are lively which can make hearing presenters clearly a challenge, especially for those who wear hearing aids.
The sound system at NWPL now supports assisted listening devices. There are two options: over the ear so it can be used with hearing aids in place and a neckloop with a telecoil for compatible hearing aids.
