Wrensong is an a cappella choral group from Vermont’s Upper Valley who focuses on the vocal treasures of the Renaissance. Singers will present songs primarily from the Renaissance period.
The program will include English, German, and French Carols tracing the arch of the Christmas story–from the annunciation to the birth of Jesus, through death and resurrection–with introductions by choral director Oliver Goodenough.
Traditionally observed on the first Monday in September, Labor Day celebrates the contributions and achievements of American workers.
Indigenous Peoples’ Day, the second Monday of October, is a time to honor the cultures and histories of the Native American people.
Join us for a morning of pumpkin carving in the side garden at the library. You bring a pumpkin; we’ll provide the tables and the tools – and some yummy treats.
