NWPL will be closed on Monday, February 20 in observance of Presidents’ Day. Originally set to celebrate George Washington’s birthday, the holiday was moved to the third Monday in February in 1968 to create a three-day weekend. Since Abraham Lincoln’s birthday also falls in February, the holiday is known as Presidents’ Day.
