Want to learn about sustainability? “Green Books” at NWPL is a book discussion group where we explore non-fiction writing about the environment and sustainability.
The group meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday* at 3:30 pm. Be sure to sign up soon so you have time to read the selected books. We are using a hybrid format that allows us to meet in person and via Zoom.
We thank Ben Kogan — a local musician and founder Reusable Solutions whose mission is to get the world to break free from fossil fuels and eradicate single-use plastic — for getting this group up and running.
Current – and past – book selections are posted on the Book Discussion Group Page.
Please email programs@normanwilliams.org to register. We’ll keep you updated on the meeting location or send the link to join online.
Note: The Yankee Bookshop offers our reading groups a discount! Just let them know which discussion group you are in.
