Throughout the year, the children’s room sponsors special programming.

In autumn, we team up to build a scarecrow family on the front lawn and host a special Halloween story time.

In winter, Valentine- and holiday-card making programs are featured.

In spring, a Teddy Bear Tea Party is the highlight.

In summer, a variety of special events are offered, in conjunction with the annual Summer Reading Program.

In addition, Tween Movie Nights for students in grades 5-8 are held periodically and, throughout the year, there are a variety of theatrical and musical performances and author presentations that appeal to kids.

Promotion for and information about these programs are shared in advance in our e-Newsletter and Facebook page, local listservs, and in The Vermont Standard newspaper. Please contact us if you would like further information on upcoming programs. (802) 457-2295 x102
