- One piece per artist, framed and ready to hang
- Drop off of Artwork at Norman Williams Public Library: Tuesday, February 10 & Wednesday, February 11, between 10a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Entry fee: $5.00 per person
- Please fill out the form at the Circulation Desk to include: Artist’s name, title of work, medium & price
